I am having problems logging into Fiddlers Green. Apparently I used to have an account. It has been a couple of years. My email has changed. I do not remember my password. I try the recover password function, putting in my new password, but I get nothing by email, I suspect that the site is sending it to my old email address, in spite of entering the new one on the form. Any way to contact FG without logging in?
No idea what website you’re trying to log in to, but password recovery does not work like you think it does. To recover the password, you have to be able access the email address you set up the account with. That is where the password or hint will be sent. If you can’t do that, your account can’t be saved. Whatever email address you’re trying to enter now won’t be recognized as valid. Think about this - if you don’t know the email address you set it up with or can’t get into that email, how are they supposed to know who you are? It could be anyone then, otherwise… set up a new account.
THIS!!!
Is Excellent advice. That’s just what I do if I haven’t visited a site for more that 90 days.

Unfortunately, when I try to open a new account, it says another user with same name has an account. Log into that account!
Latest attempt-
I again tried to register a new account. Everything was going fine until I got to the end (it did allow me to put in a new password). At the end, it would email me a message that I had to respond to. That email never arrived!
I can see no way to contact him on the web site. Does anyone know how to contact him? I want to buy a couple of models!
I would try to open a new account and change your name by using a middle initial for full name to make the system not see it as exactly a name already used. Like instead of Abe Lincoln, it could be Abraham Lincoln, or Abe D. Lincoln, or Abraham Delroy Lincoln, you get the idea. That way you can create a new account without being told the name already exists. Perhaps use first name with Middle initial as the first name. It’s still you, just not exacly as the computer sees it.

If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of their home page, their contact e-mail address is there.
Finallygot the account straightened out, and ordered the kits I wanted. Will start with an Aeronca C-3.
