C2V "Command and Control Vehicle"

I don’t suppose anyone knows of a 1/35 kit/conversion for this thing? Check it out at this link on ABCNEWS.com: http://abcnews.go.com/sections/nightline/World/command_vehicle_030317.html Appears to be based on the Bradley.

dude that thang is sweet! i dont know of any kits coming out… give it about a half a year… and i like your name[^]

It’s based on the MLRS chassis which is a modified Bradley chassis. I visited the UDI facility where they are made, but alas, no conversion kits. Heck, I’d settle for someone to make the newer style tracks for Bradley-chassised vehicles.

rob u sound like u know what your talkin bout!

Been in the Army for 20 years. Have crewed on M48A5, M60A3, XM1, M1IP, M1A1, M1A1HA, M1A2 as well as CEVs, M3 and M3A1 Bradleys. Here is what I have at work right now:

First saw the vehicle when I was in the Army(85-89) in Janes’ Armor and Artillery 1987. Recently found info at www.fas.org. I was a MLRS Crewman(driver, gunner, and ammo) at Ft Hood. Check out the fas site plenty of good info there.
