building up my junk and not so junk pile lots of pics

well i have recently been buying a lot of new kits but have quickly filled my closet space those darn dragon boxes are just too big i dont know why they have to put so much stuff in them [:)] any way the question was what to do with the incomplete and out dated kits i have which have been scavenged through and robbed over the last two years so i decided to build them,

first up is this t34, the kit is the old tamiya kit but i didnt like the front fenders the way they stick out so i cut them off and used a set from the dragon kit that were spare, the wheels and tracks are the maquette sets the tracks i know wernt supposed to be on this mod but this is a what if build and these guys did lots of field mods to survive the war

second up is the alan panzer II c this is straight oob for now needs some finishing work on the tracks and details

third is the tamiya m4a3sherman 105mm so far all i added is weld beads and filled the hole under the sponsers all this as is base coat needs weathering and everything else

fourth is the old wirbelwind from tamiya i need this for my collection and having fun doing it i just like to build old kits for some reason, just finished the build no paint yet added weld beads and gun sight.

and lastly this bad boy is the tamiya sturmtiger with cav zim i built this before the new sturmtiger release floods the net just got finished with the camo and i like it

all comments welcome and thanks for looking.

looking good Ron, the only way I’d get through all them would be to burn my Family Guy DVD’s and I need them to live. I think its a killer with all the new kits, there so good that every time I go out to my mates shop it costs an arm and a leg, and the strange part is that I feel delighted to have them.

Regards,

Terry.

Looking sharp Ron. I really like that Panzer IIc [tup]. I like old german sbjects. They have a nice touch to them.

You are the weathering magician. Love the T-34 and will be watching the Sturmtiger; I think it’s going to rock the house down.

Wow, Ron. I think you could build, paint and weather a great looking tank in the time it takes me to brew a pot of coffee. SteveM

I’m still back here admiring and studying that SU-72 you did such a nice job with!

Then you had the Marder II build, and now FOUR ? And you are mixed up with group builds too. I think maybe I’m going to stop checking the forum so often, there are too many of you guys who are way too good (and fast).

I’m going to my room to be alone with the model I started on last month!

At least I’m not the only one who feels a little outclassed by the talent on this forum.

Ron

Same here… still got to complete one build with all the weathering.

I’ll third that one.
