Hey guys,
i am currently making a diorama where a building is sort of the focal point of the diorama, it is in 1/72 does anyone have any suggestions on what to make the buildin out of (if there are any others apart from plaster cast)

As you are in the U.K. you should be able to locate the two books I listed in the post quoted above.
Another material source you can use in 1/72 scale is cardboard from cereal boxes and different grades of paper. If you can locate the Architectural Modelling in 4mm scale book it is an excellent reference for building with cardstock and other materials like this.

Well Lone, The building of a structure is your baby, choose the materials that suit you best. I have used styrene, cardstock, brass and wood for my 1/87 structures. Currently I am building a diorama that needed an old barn and decided to build it from wood. The roof is 600 grit sand paper.
