British M3 Stuart Honey Interior Turret Color ?

HI all,

Currently building the excellent Academy MRC Honey. I know that the interior was white, but I’m building her opened up and was wondering what the color of the inside of the hatches and the inside of the turret was ? Where they white as well, or the colour of the exterior on that part of the tank.

I did the one I built with the inside of hatches the exterior color and the inside of the turret white.

Yup, the white interior fits with the information I’ve seen on British armour in WWII.

Agree 100% with both Chris and Warren,

white interior … inside of all hatches the same as the exterior.

Yeah, any jack in apes says else is WRONG! Moooo wa ha ha! Ha.

Yes, the UK got these right from US manufacturers who painted them gloss white inside. Be sure to check some of the sites listed for interiors, because Academy’s isn’t too accurate.
