I wanted to build a uh-60L for a friend in 1-48 scale but the academy site doesnt show one in that scale does anyone know of one or am i missing it?

Minicraft is a good kit. I built it many moons ago. I don’t know anything about the Forces of Valor kit.
Another option is the Academy 1/35th version. I love that kit, although it is pretty large. Here is mine:
