Been taking a break from all things military for a bit after the rush to complete pieces for AMPS Nationals last month. Just got last year’s Kickstarter from Archon in a few weeks back
and chose to start this one…
Here’s my progress so far…the plastic is similar to Warhammer stuff. Resistant to Tamiya Extra Thin, I’ve had to revert to the needle tip Model Master cement. Much more to go but I’m enjoying a genre change…got some putty work on the hull section gaps.
That thing looks neat, looks like a fun one as well, I’m not a ship builder by any stretch but I admire you guys and the work. Good job!
Looking great so far! That’s going to be a cool looking airship when it’s done.
It got me exploring what Archon offers. I must say I am intrigued by what they have planned.
Yup…their latest Kickstarter just ended and I’ve got that big ship and crew whenever they fulfill it!
This is such a cool model! It combines my love of ship modeling & SciFi. It reminds me of a “vessel” from a series called “Shadow & Bone” that my youngest son watched.
