I’ve considered their kits in the past, but wanted to see someone else build an example first. I must say it looks quite nice, and the photography is excellent!

Thats one big boy.

Nice work Alsidair - all that resin cleaning would drive me nuts!!

NUTS----na----into the hospital with the dust :frowning:

ALWAYS use a mask even if you look silly :)…now to work out “how to do” spaghetti in 1/35th scale for the Dio idea I have

Cheers guys

Damn, that’s a big gun. Can’t wait to see what you come up with at the end of this one.

I might still wait for another example – Alisdair is a modeler of exceptionally fine skills. Just because he can do it doesn’t mean I can! [;)]

LOL [(-D] Well said. Great work and a unique model.

What a unique and for sure challenging kit! Your work is certainly above par! I’d have to agree with Steve, I think you have to have some exceptional skills before you’d want to jump into the very delicate resin kits. Look very much forward to seeing additional progress. Semper Fi, Mike

WOW Gents cheers for the comments.

This only my third resin kit (2xT-44) but is sure the hardest to date. The AA T-44s were quite simple in comparison…but that said…best bet is to get one…I have found that the conversion kits are harder to work than the full kits as there is so much fitting up to do, with a full kit its all there and it all fits (if its a quality maker).

What I have found is that my pre-fitting/dry fitting has increased a lot and I prepare all the parts BEFORE making the kit up as apposed to cleaning as you go with plastics. Just different rather than harder.

Anyway, thanks for the comments guys

Great build. I guess I need to get to work, all of my latest posts have been about other peoples submissions.

LOL that lull hits us at time…remember…“dont force it” ouch  The habit comes back soon as your paid !!

id be afraid if that thing wud tip over if you fired the gun braodside

Yep me too however, there are six out riggers to go down. They are the arms hagging down BTW (no feet attached yet)

I am trying to build them so they work …I know I’m mad !!. I am having trouble with the Concettina shape tube that protects the down screws at the moment.
