What is the best cleaner for the air brush after using Enamel Paint.

I like using lacquer thinner to clean my airbrush after a session with enamels.

For enamels and lacquers, I use MEK to clean my airbrush parts. I have a Paasche H airbrush.

Hardware store mineral spirits or lacquer thinner,nothing “green” just the old fashioned stuff

All I’ve ever used to clean up spray tools after enamel is lacquer thinner. That’s both in full size guns for 1/1 or airbrush equipment. There is a good argument for acetone as well.

Me, too, lacquer thinner. Not just after enamels, either, but for general cleaning.

I too use mineral spirits/turpentine. The synthetic/green stuff has a milky residue suspended in it. Problem is, it is often sold in metal cans so you cannot see it. But if it says “mineral spirits” or “turpentine” it is good.
