Badger Patriot Arrow nozzle wont separate

Ive got the super fine needle coming and i noticed it comes with a different tip. To my dismay these two parts dont seem to come apart even with pliers and a lot of force. It makes me think that this is actually 1 piece. Can anyone help me out with this? Is it meant to come apart?

Ahoy Marc B. Two separate parts .5mm nozzel. Should be finger tight. Try soaking the whole head in lacquer thinner. Also using rubber gloves give fingers more grip. If you use pliers, be gentle. And remember: righty tighty - lefty loosey

Ahoy again Marc B. Here’s the same airbrush with a .33mm needle and nozzle. Still two separate parts.

A Torch and a 20lb sledge has never done me wrong…….

Seriously Demo? It’s just an airbrush…..max 10 pound sledge. This operation needs finesse. :joy:

I get carried away sometimes but I suppose you’re right, 10lb would be sufficient for this job, as long at you used the torch with a rosebud to get it to around 350°± to loosen it up a touch. 48” pipe wrench might help as well.
