Badger Airbrush Jars

I saw a while back where someone found some cheap jars that would interchange with the ones that are used with a Badger siphon airbrush. Anyone know of a source? I’m down to one jar now.

USAAirbrushSupply.com is Badger’s online storefront (note the two As). Unfortunately you just missed their St Patrick’s week sale with really nice discounts. I picked up a couple of rebuild kits for a Sotar and Patriot for cheap Go ahead and order (with confidence) to get put on their mailing list.

You can get various airbrush jars, third party names, name brand, various sizes, materials etc.from Amazon. Also mixing jar sets. I buy a ten- dozen sized carton of them at a time. Mostly mixing/ storage jars. I use a metal side cup most on my airbrushes but have enough siphon jars as well.

For the airbrush, pay attention to the spigot angle out the top of the cap. And some have cap gasket material not compatible with pure hot lacquer thinner but fine for other solvents, including hobby grade LT, enamel reducer etc…

There’s been a few posts in the past, I just did a quick search and couldn’t find the thread where the guy had linked it but the jars were from Amazon, and the other thread a ran into while searching also said Amazon but no specific link.

I just orde4red “badger” airbrush jars again from Amazon. In the past I have recieied those with a different thread that will not work Badger brushes. No way to descrininate.

Yeah, that’s what I want to eliminate. I use a metal cup most of the time, but will use the jars for future or large projects.

The only jars I can find on Amazon have threads that do not mach my goto airbrush, I guess I could switch to a cup brush, but I find my old brush with bottle feed is so convenient. :grinning:

As I remember, you use the Badger 200. I have that brush too but mostly use the metal side cup with it. I did get one set of replacement jars for it from Amazon, but that was maybe 10 or more years ago now. I have 4 functional jars though, and two different sets of mixing/storage jars. So I can mix up my colors in those then when ready to spray just transfer from the mixing jar to either jar or side cup as the case may be. Pipettes are my friend lol ! Those I buy 100 at a whack from Amazon.

And now I also shoot more acrylics, so I have a Paasche H for acrylic, using the large tip.
