I’m just starting my next project, Monogram’s 1/48 scale B24J, and I’m woundering if anyone has seen any detail sets for the turrets?
I just got the Flightpath set from Great Models.
Go to www.greatmodels.com Click on “database” Search for “b.24” or you won’t find it. They must have a typo in their database?
This is the only one I could find for a 1/48 B-24J. I don’t how much turret detailing is included? I have not had a chance to work with it yet, but it looks intimidating…

Thanks Jim! I just checked it out and your right, it does look intimidating (can’t wait). Are you using it on the Monogram kit? If so let me know how it looks.
It’s for the 1/48 Monogram kit - #5608. Do a search on the forum for “chambermaid” You will see what I’m up to.

Golf…I remember golf. As to getting started, I have 5 year old and a 7 day old, if I get started on this before the end of the summer/start of school, I’ll be lucky! If you can, send me pics via email (address in profile) of your progress, it should be interesting!

Look at this web site http://www.karaya.ceti.pl/ if you want to do something really cool with the .50 cal. guns. Don’t bother with the resin gun bodies. Use the kit guns.
