Does anyone know of a detailed conversion kit, or actual model kit, of the Australian GAF Canberra bomber in 72nd scale?

Yes Skippy.
High Planes Models of Corryong will be releasing a kit of the Canberra shortly and Petes Hanger in Qld have a conversion kit for the wing tip bomb racks.
