Now I’ve heard much, much discussion about the correct colors of B-36 anti-glare panels, especially the later models. I’m positive Flat Black was used on the majority of the Peacemakers, but was Olive Drab ever used instead? I’ve seen a photo that seems to show a lighter anti-glare panel, but the picture’s a bit fuzzy, the panel is tiny, and the colors are off register. Does anyone here know for sure if any (more likely the later models) wore the OD nose paint?
According to “Magneseum Overcast” they are flat black.
