just had a bad dealings with this putz on EBay by the sign 19d30r8 or Citadel International in Cape Coral FL,(website: csc139inf@swfa.rr.com) this guy treats all of his customers like a very bad used car dealer( who thinks everyone is out to screw them over ), so my Advise to you is avoid this place like the plague, especially for the Overseas people who want kits from this putz he overcharges his rates for shipping as for the U.S. folks he nails you for insurance cost that are higher then what is offered( I know I’ve checked with my local P.O.) so if you can DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS
