APOXIE SCULPT in UK?

Just read how good Apoxie sculpt is and would like to try it out.

Does anyone in the UK know if it is available here? OR is it under a different name? I have done a search but no luck,all abroad.

I know there are similar 2 part putty`s about BUTreading this it is non smell and non shrinkage and can be used with water.Sounds cool.
