TOO LATE!

Sorry to hear about your results at the show, its not how good your model is its what the judges personal preference is.
WOW…too cool—do you know whose work that is? WOW…Is that mag available only in the UK?
Appreciate the support on my dios, Bodge!!!
Hmm… gonna have to look at that article. From wartime pics in Zaloga’s US Armored funnies book, the 3508th Ord Bn, 7th Army did this in Dec '44. They welded a 5cm Pak gun assembly minus barrel onto the rear cab to use as a crude elevation system for the T-34 Calliope rocket assembly. It had to be towed to the firing point. Accordingly, it was used once and abandoned. I believe several were made actually. I guess too much trouble for too little results.
It was built by Eric Austin Gives from the AFV club model and scrathbuilt from the spares box.
Its got UK US AND CANADA on the cover so i presume you can get it over there. I dont know about where you are but i could buy about eight magazines a month on military stuff if i wanted all the one s in the shop.
Yeah, if you look close at the pics…it looks like it is sans tracks…
Barnes and Noble carries it. At least the one near me does.
Ken
Hmmmmm…neither Great Models or Squadron carry it…I have seen a very similar mag at Barnes & Noble but believe it is a different title; perhaps the US version? Bummer…
