I haven’t said anything because I have had issues that have kept me somewhat away as well. House is important,Good on Him!
I spoke with him a while back too and he’s knee deep in a house remodel. He’s done several of them. I’ve seen work he did on the house when we lived in the same town and he’s very meticulous.
