I have to admit that although I’m an old Bubble Head and prefer modeling Subs and wooden ships I have seen the new Q.E. 2 in the LHS. The shop owner wouldn’t open the kit for inspection, (Good call it’s pricey and he only had the one kit). The box art is quite impressive… Anyone working on this kit yet… How is it?? I will give it a go if it’s the same quality of their new U Boot and S-100 in 1/72 scale.[?]
The QM 2 kit by Revell Models is an excellant kit and very well detailed.
You will need to spend time on it to do it well.
I am enjoying building the model as much I as I did when I was in France overseeing the interor of the real ship in Saint Nazaire.
