Anyone Have a stateside source for back issues of Model Airplane International?

I am intersted in obtaining issue #25, it has Hasegawa’s P-47 on the cover and an article about the kit inside.

I’m about the get into model airplanes after I won the kit at a local show. I can only find this particular volume at the publisher’s site in England, which doubles the price. Does anyone have a stateside supplier? I checked the usual suspects, Squadron, Roll Models, etc, they do not list this issues.

I figured if anyone would know, you guys would.

Have you tried ebay? I got some back issues directly from the publisher as well as on ebay. BTW, I am building this kit as I write (see recent posting) and using issue #25 as a reference.

Thanks, Hutch, I saw your recommendation, and didn’t want to hijack your thread. Ebay is a possibility, some back issues are on there, not 25 now, though.

Hmmmm…keep in touch. If you still haven’t found one after a while, I can either make photo copies for you, or I can send my issue to you. I do, however, want to use it for the Eindecker build in the same issue…

Is that the Has 1/32 scale Jug? I was in a store in NYC yesterday and they had a magazine that had that plane on the cover. Can’t remember if it was the one you were looking for. If I go back to the city I’ll look.
