Does anyone know any news on the forthcoming 1/18 A-10 Warthogs??? I"m reaiiy looking forword to seeing one of these buddies[:p][:D]

Haven’t heard anything, but you’d probably get better response if you posted your question in the “Aircraft” section… those fella’s stay on top of new fixed wing kits pretty well.

The word came out directly from the “horse’s mouth” after Toy Fair that the A-10 is NOT going to be made anytime soon if ever. There is a conversation that is posted on another large scale collecting board that explaines it all. BUT ON A GOOD NOTE, there is a F-18 and F-16 coming up very soon. The F-18 is first with the F-16 to follow depending on the “reception " to an $80.00 “toy”. I’ve seen pics of the F-18 and it really looks pretty good but you really can’t make a judgement till you’ve layed hands on one. The reality is, do you have space for a 40” long airplane display? People that have seen it are really excited over the upcoming release. The F-18 is available for pre-order, I’ll wait till I can lay hands on one.
