Hi guys, I’m almost finished with the 1/72 E100 dio, and willl be digging in to the new AFV Club M40 “Big Shot”–anyone else working on it? Got any advice/hints?
Being that this is mt first AFV kit, I was also wondering how AFV’s tracks are?
HeavyArty–I’m countin’ on ya for this question–what exactly are the type of tracks on the M40? I’d like to se if I can find a link set for them.
Any other advice greatly appreciated! I’ll post the E100 as soon as I get the figures painted…

Note that the inaccuracy of the 155mm barrel is being discussed currently over on ML’s Allied forum. Kurt Laughlin has measured the real thing and some work will need to be done for the AMS afflicted.
Yup, here is mine.
I mention the barrel length correction and the tracks in my verbage. The Kit tracks are fine for a late WWII model. For a Korean war model, either a set of the the AFV Club or Dragon T-80 or T-84 tracks are fine.
