I think the figures are from the Dragon Sniper Team kit.

My first reaction seeing this is “man I bet those stahlhelms are cold.”
Which means, wow does that color palette work! You’ve nailed the snowy cold feeling, and the poses and details are so good that nothing distracts or competes with the feel of the piece. That’s a true success.

I think that these small vignettes can be very “Powerful” given the right context and artistic work and you pulled it off nicely. Like the others have said, your winter/snow work is exceptional along with your figure painting skills.
