Retired Coast Guard E-8 living in the Cincinnati region. Looking to get back into modeling after a 40 year break. Building up my stock of supplies and reading/viewing lots of reference materials. Looking to build the ships that I served on and the submarines we chased. Also all USCG aircraft.

Welcome. Ex 4 year USCG E-6 here in eastern NC. I’m currently building a 1/100 scale D&M cast metal RNLI Waveney lifeboat, based on the 44 foot MLB. Soon I’ll be building the 327 footers in their WW2 configurations based on the 1/300 Revell kits.
