This is one hell of a beautifully sculpted figure, so I thought i’d buy it and paint it.
I followed the boxart paintjob, ‘cos these were the ultimate classic colours used for anythin’ ancient british. The Green or Dark Green with the Dark red jus’ works so effectively.
For the groundwork i’d thought i’d show a standin’ stone or ‘menhir’ as they’re called. The stone came from my backyard and I thought really looks the part, scale an’ all. I used two lengths of static grass (2mm/ 5mm) one dark Green and the other Spring Green, these were then mixed and applied.
