I just finished this figure that I 3D printed with files from Aladdin Model. A great place IMHO, here’s a link to it. https://www.aladdinmodel.com/ Anyway, the figure is of Richard Winters, from the Band of Brothers miniseries, and they posed it according to a picture of me in that position. Not a perfect match, but pretty good. I will say that several fingers broke off, but it’s not that big of a deal in this case I think. Also not a perfect resemblance to Winters, but that’s probably partly due to my not-so-great painting skills, and it’s still good, I think. Thanks for looking.

He looks good,way better then my faces.Any way to knock down some of the shine on the skin,backpack,and uniform.

Thanks Tony; yeah, I thought about doing that. I may do that tomorrow morning, but then I’m going on a trip, so… we’ll see. I admit it definitely could use it, although some of that is partly due to the lighting.

Not so great painting skills? I’ve tried painting a few figures and yours look 100% better, I’d say figure painting is the most difficult thing I’ve come across and yours looks great. Like Tojo suggested I’d spray it with matte clear and dull down the shine but looks great.
