Hi chaps,

I’ve just bought some of the new AK production Streaking Grime and Winter Streaking Grime along with Rust effects and Earth Wash. This stuff is great and the AK Interactive DVD is superb!

I can’t recommend AK highly enough - the rust effects is extremely good. You just paint a line of ‘rust’ and let it dry (5-10 minutes) the wipe down the line with a brush humidified with Thinner - it removes most of the the line leaving a VERY convincing effect in a perfect colour.

It’s all made by MIG so the usual SIN Filters etc can be used with the AK & MIG stuff.

Give it a whirl! You won’t be dissapointed

I know a lot of more experienced modellers don’t buy into all this ready made stuff but for me personally it’s been a massive help.

The products are pretty good and have lots of potential. They mix very well with MIG products such as pigments, oils and the rust effects.

I have used the A.K. products on the E75 build and they are great.

They are definitely another tool in the tool box.

ive been dying to try this stuff. I hope a US distributer comes along soon…
