I am trying to use an pe Airwaves mottle template for a fw190 fuselage and so far not having much success. The paint and airbrush arent the problem as i have practiced to get the right paint consistency the problem is how do i fix the mask pattern to the fuse prior to paint.
I have tried it out on an old kit where the surface is flat and it works well, but try and and bend it round a fuselage, wing root included has got me in a bit of a tiss ( head in hands kind of thing)
Any ideas,pointers or help greatly appreciated as the kits on hold whilst i figure it out.
