Airfix Belfast 1/600 advice needed.

Just got this for xmas, FROM SWIMBO!!!, so i better do a good job of it to justify all the “essential” tools i have [:P]

I looked about and found white ensign pe and artworkx decking for this model.

Is this worth the money? is there anymore AM stuff out there worth considering?

Any suggestions for building /detailing /painting this model. I really am in the dark on ships never having built one.

Look at the various builds on other sites. It’s got a complicated camo scheme and can be built up quite nicely.

The kit actually earned Squadron’s “Kit of the Year” when it was originally released. It is one of Airfix’s better releases.
