Here is a vintage Airfix 1/76 kit I built a few years back. With care it builds up nicely. The tracks are think vinyl and glue does not work, but I found a work around by using superglue and with a pair of needle nose pliers I squeezed the heck out of the join for about 8-10 seconds
. That worked.

Nice looking StuG, David!

That’s adorable. Can a StuG be adorable? I don’t know. Haha.
Honestly though, really impressive level of detail and finish on a vehicle that small. The panzer grey is also juuuust right. Thanks for sharing!

This did turn out pretty dang snazzy despite the issues that you were having with the tracks Dave. Those vinyl tracks have never been known to play “nice”.
To go along with what Tom said, this little build does have a fair amount of detail on it. Good turn out bub.

Thank you. Looking at the parts on the sprue it looks so bland but with just a bit of modeling care it comes out OK.
I agree, it’s also cute.
For such an old kit it does have a lot of detail.
I appreciate your comment. Looking at the photos I noticed some things I could have don better, like the decals, but my eyesight is not what it used to be.
