I put one these together couple or more years ago. I wanted a quick build and this kit delivered on that. Being vintage Airfix the panel lines and rivets are a bit heavy and the interior and wheel detail simplified but nothing off putting. The most fidly portion of the kit for me was getting the wings to fit properly as they are molded with an option to display the kit with wings folded, but all in all a decent kit.
Now that I see it is buildable I might just have to pick one up myselff !

Curious- the original post referenced the Fulmar, but the responses are about the Firefly. Two significantly different aircraft.
The Fulmar is IMO the more interesting of the two as it served in the Battle of Britain and was Merlin powered.
