Airbrushing: Creating "In-Motion" propeller

Here’s the technique I use to duplicate a turning propeller…

The illustration pretty much tells it like it is; please post if there’s any questions or clarifications required.

Thanks for lettering me share… [:)]

cool… I am thinking of trying that just for practice on an already built model… I have it hanging anyway so adding the in-motion propeller and being seen at a slight distance and up a little I think it would be a mighty fine effect…

Actually I had a better idea, I have a ‘flight’ of pacific based fighters above my head right now, I might do both of them… substituing yellow for the white…

Thanks for the tip i was curious about trying it now i have a technique cool![8D]

Thanks tho, and harbor! [:)]

I got to looking at pictures of propellers while in flight, and it seemed like an airbrush could render the same effects… I got to experimenting with it, and it really blew my mind how well it turned out.

Hanging models would look fantastic, and give them a little LIFE too! [;)]

Take care and thanks again! [:)]
