thanks chas
well I couldn’t wait to start this kit it is my first venture into modern armor I will add updates as they come

Looks like your off to a good start. Can’t wait to see more.
thank you. I am a bit nervous with all the P.E. I have for this thing. but I annealed it so it should be easyer to work with.
I HATE PE with a purple freakin’ passion! [:@]
It does look nice though; so I guess it’s a necessary evil…
I’m not a big PE guy either, but find it necessary for grill covers. Looks like a nice start so far. Looking forward to this build. The AFV kit is supposed to be a much more accurate version then Trumpeters.
hello I am almost done with the top side and I am thinking through the top stowage I have the eduards set of straps but I need more reference does anyone know where I can find photos of the top side stowage. please
You are looking good…the Stryker can have a ton of PE…be happy you are not doing the bird cage around it [:O]
Are you goingto try anything for the non-slip finish??
Rounds Complete!!
yes I am going to stipple the surface with mr surfacer 500. that should look ok.
IMO…you may want to spray something on. The Mr Surfacer is great for creating casting effects whixh are random. The non-slip surface is a uniform rough surface. I would recomment masking and using Rust-o-leum Terra Cotta to create the effect…IMO
