Now that I am fully retired I have started working on my stash.
First was the Academy Typhoon and now their P-47, the P-51B is next.
Out of the box and painted with Vallejo and weathered with oil.

I used Liquatex matt clear and it gave a dusty appearance that I kind of like.
The retirement was a long time coming.

Very nice build. I’ve got one in the pile of styrene that passes for my stash. Years ago I did the Hasegawa T-bolt. This one looks better.
