Hello,

Decided to give the WWII fighters a rest, and started my first jet kit since returning to scale modeling…so why not jump off of the deep end!? You can follow the progress of the online-build at http://www.scalewarbirds.com/hornetonlinebuild.htm

I am currently working on the cockpit of mine. I am really impressed with this kit!

I have also started mine. Yours look great so far. I have just recieved my Twobobs decals for it, and I am really looking forward to this build.
I’ll have a look at your online build when I need some tips and tricks.

Nice job on the Hornet…lotsa good info… I am jealous that I have not even opened any of the bags yet.I was planning on starting mine the week of July 4, but work is getting in the way[sigh]…

i don’t thnk thats a good idea, the kit costs like $120 or so, and not everyone can afford it. a “Phantom build” or a “1/any academy hornet build” would be a much better idea, just my 2 dollers
