A10a N/AW 1/32 to A10c(Trumpeter)

Going to start this year 2015 with another 32 scale build…this time an A10 hog

the kit itself (fitting) is a nightmare …a lot of dremel work is needed

Also added some of this after market parts for this build

first on the chopping board is the avenger gun

Cool stuff! I will definitely be watching this build. I remember when this kit came on the market over a decade ago, but have yet to see one built. Good Luck on it!

Just assigned this monster kit to one of my builders early this year, to be built OOB. Don’t know where to put it once finished. To make things worse I also assigned him a Vosper MTB 1:35!

I now have a total of 11 1/32 scale jets …this build will make it 12 plus 4 RC submarine (1/40 , 1/72 scale) and 5 RC cars (1/10,1/8 scale)… time to start making room in the garage

Can’t wait to see what you do with this kit, Bimski.

Why would you convert the N/AW into an A-10C? Why not start with the single seat A-10A kit? Just curious how you are going to rebuild the front fuselage.

@Bronto most of my 32scale collection are 2 seater jet and always like the challenge of pimping a retired N/AW A10 into modern C version…(fictional build)

gotcha - you are leaving it as a made-up what-if “C” 2 seater.

That cannon looks fantastic. I’ll be watching this one…

This will be a fun build to follow–I’ve always liked the A-10.

Some photo of the enhanced A10 intake/outlet

Coming along nicely bimski. I love the A-10. At 1:48 it’s big enough though…I can’t imagine where you’ll put something that big and beautiful. Perhaps the driveway! =D

@bvallot thanks…was actually thinking of hanging this beast on the ceiling to keep away the isis

Still top-shelf work going in here- those resin engine upgrades really do look better.
