What are the differences between the Achilles and the M36 besides 17 pounder gun and the 90mm. I noticed from Toadman’s pictures that the Achilles has two counter weights on the back of the turret for the duckbill look. Doesn’t the M36 only have one? Anthing else?[%-)]
the achilles was based on the m10 wolverine chassis. so was basically a m10 with a 17pndr gun.
the m36 was the successor of the m10. and used different chassis, some m4’s some older m10’s. so the precise differenses are a bit difficult to explain. best to tell is the totally different turret.
