It’s a diagnostic tool used by doctors to examine the brain. It traces the signals and where they go as well as where they start from. Brain damage or changes can many times be traced with this Medical procedure! Now I discovered that many docs can now have you wear the leads and unit home with you. It records constantly. It’s the wires I speak of. They are sometimes finer than .005 mm.
And so many purty colors. Yep, I had one recently and found out the wires may be used twice or maybe four times and then get thrown away. What gorgeous wire for detailing Cars, Planes, Tanks etc. If You know someone who is going to get one of these tests have tham ask the tech for the wires. If they are ready to toss, they may become yours! No more searching for a Radio Shack that’s probably not near you. Just ask, and you might recieve!
I don’t know who actually makes the wires. You can find them or about them at an electrical Supply house, maybe. Yes they are fine, But the colors are very intense. DOC
While the colors are great, they are $90 per set (16 wires). Just buy some cheap Cat5 or Cat6 cables and strip off the outer insulation. Much cheaper!
