The -E paints are enamel. Those lacking the E are lacquer. That is my understanding of their system.
Well Heck, that is good to know… Thanks.
I’ve been thinking about giving some of their colors a shot. My understanding is that you have to use thier hardener to get them to set up and that they are closer to automotive paints than hobby paints. From what I’ve seen they are well loved by those that use them.

They have a military line too. I bought a couple of bottles of the gloss sea blue to replace the two Model Master enamels that went bad. Haven’t tried them yet but should work the same as Model Master.
I would treat their enamels just like the dropped MM line for thinning etc.
There are several excellent videos on Youtube about this paint. Here is a very good review:

Finally got to use this paint and I’m really impressed. I shot the gloss dark sea blue and it came out a bit grainy, this is due to needing more thinning. They thin and spray the same as Testors Model Master enamels.
I discovered that I can polish out the finish within 24 hours after spraying it. I used Novus 2 to polish out the paint producing a very smooth glossy finish. I also noticed very little blue paint on my cotton rag telling me that paint sticks on VERY well.
When using the Model Master paints I noticed that they had to cure for about a week before being able to polish them otherwise the paint would easily rub off and even leaving a gummy residue on the cotton polishing cloth. I did a couple of Blue Angel aircraft and had to set them aside a good week or so before polishing the paint.
I was so impressed with its durability that I ordered a couple of other bottles to custom mix for our kitchen cabinet color to use for touch ups. I also ordered a bottle of their hardener that will give this paint even a tougher finish.
