A few of my other recent builds

Hey, it’s me again. As you can see, I’ve been busy lately… I guess that’s what happens when you’re 16 and have nothing better to do after school or on weekends. Here’s a few selected pics of my latest builds. They are as follows:

My AM 1:48 Yak-1s (the cockpit is from a WIP build, while the other is a recently completed kit.) Both OOB

This is the 'pit from a Tamiya 1:48 F4U-1: it has a little scratchbuilt detail, but not much.

My hasegawa 1:48 KI-61 with an aires cockpit:

Tamiya 1:48 P-51D with a little scratched detail:

My shelves:

My AM P-51 with scratched seatbelts and opened canopy panel (this one won a1st place award inasmall local contest.

My AM 1:48 TBF-1C that won the Best Junior model award at another local show. The pics don’tdo her justice, though. I’ll try to get some better pics later on, since the flash makes these ones too harsh and washed out.

My promodeler BF-110G-4 that won Best junior axis aircraft award at the same show

That’s all for now. I fyou want to see more pics of a specific model, just let me know.

Also, sorry for the long post, but I just got my Photobucket working again, so I’m making upfor the past couple of months.

Looking good! I like the weathering, especially the Yak. Looks like a hard working Russian! John

A very nice collection and all are well done. The Yak is superb. The weathering is very convincing.

Jay, you put my skills to shame. Congrats on some beautiful kits. The P-51 is a looker!!! I have two of those in my stash. I’m working on an A model right now. Can’t get enough of those AM P-51s!!!

Awsome work, Josh! I especially like the duck![:D]
