These are a few of the models that reside in my display case. I greatly enjoy trying new techniques, and exploring ways to do new, fun stuff! Like louvers, and working with metals. The induction systems on the Junior Fuel dragster and Supermodified are built completely from scratch. Thanks for looking!
Straightline R5 911, those are amazing projects! I really like the dragsters from the 60’s where the engine was in front of the driver. Incredible work!
Thank you, sir! I love those old dragsters, too. I wanted to build a classic-looking Junior Fueler. I dabbled with the injectors for many years, before I finally was able to create a decent pair, that I could cast. I really felt like it needed the Enderle setup, and there’s never been a decent one kitted.
Those are great! Excellent details.
That is a beautiful collection of vintage speed! Takes me back to weekends spent in the pits hanging out with the great Don Garlits, who was friends with my dad’s buddy, out at the Fremont Dragstrip. Good times!
Thank you, sir! I love race cars from the '50s, '60s and '70s, especially! That’s very cool. Hanging out with people you might never expect to be able to, is one of my favorite things about drag racing. I’ve found drag racers to be very accomodating to modelers, as well!
Thanks, man! I really appreciate that. I enjoy creating tiny details.
Beautiful work on these. The details are amazing!
