A-4 radar gunsight

I’m looking for a picture of the A-4 radar gunsight as used on the F-100 and F-86. Any reference books or websites showing this item would be great

Detail & Scale shows a good view of the A-4 gun sight used in the F-84G if that would be of any help. It is Vol # 59. The D & S book on the F-100 doesn’t show the gun sight too good.
