ere is a little tutorial on how to make 90 degree Spark Plug boots as is often seen on Fords.
First cut the boot material at about a 45 degree angle.
Then take and bend your plug wire with some good tweezers to a sharp 90 degree bend.
Place the freshly cut boot parts onto the wire with the angle cuts pointing towards the bend, and add a drop of CA glue at the bend.
Lastly push them together with your fingernails, hold them for a sec, apply a drop of accellerator if needed and voila. DONE. Touch up with just a bit of paint if needed.
