88mm Flak 36/37

I could use a little help. I recently purchased Tamiya’s 1/35 88mm Gun Flak 36/37. I plan to bulid the AA Flak 37 version and build a diorama around it. My problem is colors. The instructions are some vague when dealing with colors. Particularly when matching soldiers uniforms to to gun/period of war/area used in. I would like to use the dark yellow/dark green scheme of the Easten Front. Now I have to choose either the Reichweher, Waffen SS or Luftwaffe. Can I use the SS and if so what colors are the uniform. My second choice is the Reichweher. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You can make the gun crew’s uniforms look like SOME, but not all, SS uniforms. SS camo field blouses or smocks are a different cut. You then need to decide which year and season you want to depict, this will dictate your patterns and colors, you have at least a dozen to choose from. Pin this down, and I can scan in some patterns for you.

Ed,
here are some links that may have helpful info.
tho not necessarily abt uniforms!
