for a change of pace. this is a big kit will have some fun with this.
Howdy Nick!
I know this one! I tackled it once for my bro. It’s really next level when you compare it to the Revell airliners from 20 years ago.
This is how mine turned out:
WIP on it is also here on the forums, if you want to see it…
What livery do you plan for your machine?
Good luck with your build and have a nice day

Wow she is a big bird. Longer than the A380-800 I just finished. I love these big airliners but man the chew up shelf space! Following this build - I have the zvezda 747-8 in the stash so looking forward to how a zvezda liner goes together.
Great job on yours Pawel.
Pawel. That is a beautiful plane ,crossing my fingers mine is that good.
The livery is going to be ANA with a starwars BB-8 or LATAM stormtrooper ? we will see down the road.
Did some light painting and test fitting on the engines.
Hello!
Lookin’ good! Did you get the fan to spin when you blow into the intake? I checked, it can be done in this one!
Good luck with your build and have a nice day
Paweł
Pawel. Yes the fans do spin ! crazy stuff…
updated big engines painted up and set aside for later.
They look great! Are those fan blades injection plastic or PE? FANtastic - pun intended [:P]
Lookin’ good! For me those spinning fans is the coolest feature of the Zvezda airliners.
Good luck with your build and have a nice day
Paweł
John . thank you the fans are from the kit.
Pawel. Thanks I’m happy that the parts are fairly large.
Well, those are pretty substantial engines - you can fit a gurl in there with a considerable margin!
Have a nice day!
Paweł
Hi Pawel!
I am sorry, I just have to chime in here! Just what scale is this Bird? I would probably do mine in a Semi-Fictitous Fed-Ex livery.
It’s 1:144 TB
And she has a gap in her teeth…passionate
Woah! You chose to built my favorite airliner. I love planes, but it’s mostly the commercial airliners that I love. Nice of you to choose the 777. Such a large plane, and I’ve only flew on it once on a 16 hour trip. I can tell that you’re going to love it, with the fact that there are many aftermarket decals for many different airlines. It’s such a joy to have customization to the plane. I hope you will enjoy it.
Fun fact, the GE9X is the world’s largest turbofan engine. It’s supposed to be fitted in the 777X, and it’s larger than the width of a Boeing 737 Fuselage. Crazy.
Up dated pics engine data decals are almost done, next another gloss coat.
My latest engine pics . The decals on and sealed started some pannel wash and weathering
Hello!
The engines are lookin’ good! Is this a dry fit or are you permanently attaching the engines to the wing?
Good luck with your build and have a nice day
Paweł
Looking sharp!
