In computar jargon, that’s called a WAD (works as designed). I get the Forbidden 403 error on my MacBook Air, but not on my Windows PC. I have done everything possible to fix the problem (clear history, clear cache, clear cookies), nothing works. What kind of computer is causing the problem?
Back working normally. I did nothing in particular. Cleared cache and cookies to no avail. Restarted machine to no avail. Worked fine the next day.
Who knows how or why this stuff happens. I blame the golf gods being bored and picking on my computer instead of my golf game. [:D]
BTW, brand new, state of the art Dell I got in late December. Windows 10 professional with all the bells and whistles.

It’s a recurrence of a known bug with the forum. Here’s the most recent report of it:
http://cs.finescale.com/fsm/feedback_help_and_testing/f/22/t/187305.aspx
and this was the previous occurrence:
http://cs.finescale.com/fsm/feedback_help_and_testing/f/39/t/187319.aspx
It is not “working as designed”, it’s a bug. It’s intermittent, it doesn’t occur consistently to all users, all the time, but it’s still a bug.
My bug is different than the bugs in your links. My problem is that I cannot login to the FSM web site on my MacBook Air. I immediatly get the 403 Forbidden error. Maybe this is a bug in my MacBook and not in the FSM website software?
