I miss the hexagon securing nut as well as the grip friendly surface given to the barrel itself.
Is that a scale problem only?
Bugger, wish i had seen this before i got my jordi rubio 20 mm barrels. The ones on here are alot better.
Armorscale also makes a great 20mm barrel, probably easier to get them there in Europe than here in the states since they are Polish manufacture.
you could go with Adlers nest since it is only really the barrel but it also has the textured hand grips as well.
Thank You for your input [tup]

Next question [8-]
The instructions say that the whole guns should be gun metal.
I would have thought that the barrel is bare metal but that the body is the same colour as the carriage?
Please advice.
Thank You

By gun it means the entire unit of the gun mechanic, similar to a MG34 or Browing .50 cal. The entire body of the gun itself should be painted as if it were blued steel.
Dear Bill,
My question was not very well expressed, I will post a couple of pics I randomly picked from the internet today which I hope will clarify.
These pictures are for discussion purpose only and I would like to apologize to the originators for not posting full thread.

The last pic is a museum piece so it’s suspect as a result. The first pic is of a prototype/proving ground vehicle but clearly shows that the body of the gun is dunkelgelb vs. the metal color of the barrel. The middle pic shows the whole gun as metal, so I would conclude that either is possible depending on your preference. [;)]
Thank you very much for helping out Bill.
Much appreciated [bow]
