- First I shortened Monogram’s 1/24th scale 1991 Ford F350’s extra cab (molded in red) behind the doors.
- I then shortened the F250’s (blue plastic) long bed bedsides and glued them to the cab.
- The tailgate was then glued to the bedsides.
- The bedsides were shortened behind the rear wheel wells.
- Styrene was added to the tops of the bedsides and behind the cab
- The shell was taken from Monogram’s 1/24th scale 1980 Ford Bronco.
- The F350’s interior was cut vertically behind the door panels, and the rear half of the Bronco’s interior was glued on.
- The F350’s chassis was shortened to fit the new body.
- Monogram’s 1980 Bronco was used as a guide all through out the build.
Hope you like it.
