Got bit by the NASCAR bug after finishing the Kyle Larson kit. This is an original Monogram kit from 1986 with new decals.

Just reviewed all of the NASCAR post… Love them! JR has come out with great NASCAR kits. I have about 8 in my shopping cart on ScaleHobbyist

Your build took me back. Felt like I was transported to the 80s when Folgers advertisements were everywhere.
This build is all that AND a bag of party mix. Looks like a flawless job on the paint and decal work ( which was all a job in itself I’m sure) on this beautiful beast.
Those Salvinos kits scare the living daylights out of me after seeing more than just a few WIP’s on them
I completely agree… starting price of $42.00 on average. Some of the Chase Elliott’s are priced at $55.00.
