This is my '72 F100 Sport Custom. It is painted a two-tone color scheme of Dupli-Color Forest Green Pearl and Tamiya TS-42 Light Gun Metal with a matching interior. I replaced the wheels and tires with Pegasus Hellas and Hollis. I made seat belts for the interior and replaced the air cleaner with a custom air cleaner from my parts box. The front suspension has been lowered and I added my custom license plates and frames from the Model Car Garage. I need to get some aluminium tubing to make some exhaust tips.
Thank you guys! The plates are very easy to make. Go to Acme Plate Maker and follow their instructions. After I save the image to my computer, I resize the image on MS Word to 1/4 X 1/2 or 0.25 X 0.50 and print the image out on glossy photo paper.
I finally got a piece of aluminium tubing to make some exhaust tips. The tubing was two inches long and I cut it in half at a 45 degree angle. Slipped them on the kit exhaust and Bob’s your uncle!
Very nice work! I have this kit in my stash, and someday hope to replicate the 1:1 example we had. I’ll have to find some dark wood grain decals for that, though.
